On Monday, May 12, 2025, the Director General of the National Center for Documentation, Press, Image, and information (CNDPI), Mr. Nabil Zaoui, took part in the media event marking the official launch of the National Digital Transformation Strategy: “For a Digital Algeria 2030,” at the invitation of the High Commissioner for Digitalization, Minister Myriam Benmouloud.
The CNDPI oversaw the organization and coordination of this important event, held at the Abdelatif Rahal International Conference Center in Algiers, in partnership with the High Commission for Digitalization, under the Presidency of the Republic.
The Center mobilized its logistical resources and technical and organizational team to ensure the success of the event and is also providing full media coverage.
In her address, Minister Benmouloud unveiled the first-ever national strategy for digital transformation in Algeria, describing it as “a comprehensive roadmap for a full digital shift that touches all areas of life,” aimed at laying the foundations for a modern, sustainable economy and a digitally integrated society.
She stressed that the strategy is “not just a sectoral project, but a national and societal mission,” and highlighted that it is the result of a broad participatory process and in-depth studies involving all stakeholders in the digital ecosystem.
